We want you to feel confident ordering. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

7-day returns

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email contact@avivior.com with your order number to start.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a free replacement — no return needed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned parcel reaching us.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
